November Has Arrived And Brought Reviews With It!
Submitted by Troll on November 1, 2009 - 12:12.As we pack up our ghouls and ghosts of the recently expired October and get out the pre-pre-pre-Holiday goodies of November, we were able to unpack and display a new pair of reviews to start out the new month. First up, we travel across a fantasy land (which is conviently a circle) in order to garner artifacts of a mystical nature. Or so that's what Z-Man Games' Prophecy has foretold. I see a review of that game in your future. Then we head to that OTHER broomstick sports that doesn't require floating balls, broomstick racing. We sit in the bleachers and watch Asmodee's Wicked Witches Way. Time to tell you if season tickets for this gaming circuit are called for. Turkey Day is on the horizon - start stuffing yourself sick with some new games today!
Now I've Got That Song Stuck In My Head..
Submitted by Troll on October 26, 2009 - 15:28.One have one big review for one small game that's made some big waves. This time, we take on Days Of Wonder's take on the strategy war game, Small World. We roused our forces of demoness to take on this game's forces of fantasy in a head to head battle. When the smoke cleared and all the Hot Pockets were devoured, a battle report was crafted and now is posted for you. Go ahead and read it. It's a world of slaughter, after all!

October Magic Events - About Time!
Submitted by Troll on October 14, 2009 - 10:16.Sorry about the delay on the Magic tourneys this month folks – but most of it came down to one fact, Zendikar is in VERY short supply. I had to make sure we had enough product before I posted any info. Fortunately, we were able to procure enough to last out the month until the next major reprint comes in November of the set of tricks and traps. For the remainder of October, expect plenty of Zendikar sealed limited events. The set is hot and we want to get you the goods! We’ve been doing drafts afterwards as well – but that will end up being dependant on whether our product continues to trickle in. This month’s DCI promotional foil is Browbeat, so make sure you pop in for a try at the newest alternate art foil. Also, Diversions is essentially a 32 person tournament away from being an Advanced level WPN store – watch for details on an upcoming constructed event meant to push us over the top!
We've Got The Magic Tournies Zooming In On A Witch's Broom...

Our list of October tournis should be up in the next day or so. But for now, Ocotober 10th tourney is a standard Zendikar sealed event. Time reverts back to the normal 6:30 PM and the price is $30. Don't forget October's DCI promotional foil is...Browbeat! Details on the rest of the month coming - hope to see you at Diversions tonight!

Submitted by Troll on September 16, 2009 - 13:10.We have quite a two pack of reviews for you this week from the demo vault. We saw it, we played it, we couldn't believe it. The non-collectible card game Dominion from Rio Grande game has been winning tons of awards and generating a pile of buzz. We tried it out at GenCon and we're impressed. How impressed? Enjoy these reviews and prepare for more to come!
